There are many things to be said about achieving success.
There are literal millions of tweets, books, documents and images inspiring people to success.
Sharing sage, and not so sage, advice.

What is frequently forgotten is the “action” part in “actionable advice”.
Taking action.
Doing work.
Grinding.
Do.

And even if this has been taken up, the work being established is mediocre at best.
Irregular.
Scratching the surface.
BARE MINIMUM.

Hence you get millions of motivational, quotes and books and posts and…
Hundred of thousands of people taking and buying it in feverishly.
Tens of thousands taking initial action.
A few thousands to follow-up.
A few hundreds being consistent.
Ten people rising.
One person to achieve success.

What separates this one person from the thousands?
What has separated this one person from the ten who rose?

It was fulfilling “the action” in “actionable advice”.
It was continuing and repeating the work.
It was the creation of a new habit and making it consistent.
It was the value brought.
But first and foremost, the INTENSITY by which it is, and how it was, brought.

From experience I can say it is EXTREMELY easy to create a website.
It is EXTREMELY easy to set up pages, writing blogs, publishing books and the like.

What is difficult is creating an audience.
Not because people won’t pay attention.
But because what you put out needs to add value.
And what you do must be done with great ferocity.
You cannot expect by writing a shitload of articles (how boring or interesting they might be) people will automatically flok to you.

You need to put in a lot of effort.
You need to market yourself.
Give value which attracts people.
You are going to do a lot of shit for free to prove yourself.

Many who put products up for sale only have their eyes on “the moolah”, money, ping ping.
In my book “Selling Success” I mentioned this is one of the worst mindsets to possess.

“The first rule to become a successful salesman is to remember a simple premise. “Do not sell to get rich.” Remind yourself you are offering a solution to a problem. You are not selling products or services. ”

Selling Success

Offering solutions (or giving feedback) is offering value.
Offering value proves authenticity IF brought correctly and organically.

What about intensity?
It is the total sum of taking action and by giving value on a consistent, authentic basis.
Intensity is not something which can be automated as it is organic interaction.
High focus and work.

People in “the sphere” rely too much on automation.
They think it is sufficient to, on a monthly basis, invest an hour or two writing and composing before uploading and planning it on a social media planner-tool.
And while this in itself is a good start, you are merely scratching the surface.
No real “grind” is being done and you will only be among the few hundreds doing “consistent” follow-up.

|No bad rep. for tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer as I highly advice to use them and actually do as told (investing an hour or two on monthly basis to write and plan).
Even mailservices like Mailchimp are highly advised to grow your audiences.
(I purposely share the hyperlinks so you may implement and use them for yourself).

The real grind which must be done is daily ORGANIC interaction.
You logging in on your social media-account and adding value.
Posting responses, referring to others, show appreciation for work of others or works that inspired you,… INTERACT with the audience.

The one who achieved success and a huge following just did that to reach the top.
It is the one thing which sets you apart from the ten who are slowly rising.
Not only that, what sets him apart is the intensity by which it is being done.
Daily basis, a few hours of work (2 to 3) going all out before retiring.
This, combined with automation, will make sure there is a 100% “presence” and proving your authenticity.
This will increase value tenfold.
This is an investment to make.
