“Can more than one miner mine a Bitcoin block? “.

Yes, this is possible.
In the world of bitcoin, cryptocurrency and blockchain this is called a “mining pool”.

In order to mine bitcoin you need processing power.
A LOT OF PROCESSING POWER. Your top of the bill gaming computer won’t even cut it.
The processing power needed to start mining bitcoin has become so intense and big you need to recruit additional computers and their respective hashpower.

Miners congregating in such a manner (in order to mine a bitcoin block) is called a mining-pool. This also implies that all the miners making part of that mining pool will each get their share of the reward.

There is no limit of miners on a mining-pool. There is no limit of miners mining a block (first one gets the reward).
