No worries, I have created an easy tool for you!
With this tool, you can generate your own config. file to download and paste into your Bitcoin client.
Or even do a copy-paste job to enter it into the client text interface itself!

The file is a simple HTML which can be run by any browser.
How does it work?
There’s 3 blocks:
Configuration presets
–> choosing either 4 presets generates a default configuration setting for you to use.
all 4 presets are “strict” in regards to spam mitigation.
“Generate config” generates a copy-paste of the code.
“download Bitcoin.conf” allows a downloadable file to put into your Knots or Core file.
